Boca Raton Lanai Sunrooms & Patios has been designing and building sunrooms, patio enclosures, and screen rooms for homeowners in Boca Raton and the surrounding South Florida communities since 2018. The business started with a simple observation: too many homeowners in this area had beautiful outdoor spaces they could not actually use because of the heat, bugs, and daily afternoon storms.

Every project we build is permitted through the appropriate local authority. We handle the application, manage the review process, and coordinate every inspection stage. You never have to worry about unpermitted work creating a problem at resale or with your insurer.
